Packing

PACKING METHOD
Spare Parts Packing

1st step: Upon inspection and test, the parts will cleaning and oiling

2nd step: Put in neutral white PLASTIC BAG


3rd step:
A: Rank the parts in the PLY-WOODEN box (around 1cubic metre)
        
B: Parts in paper box, then put in ply-wooden box
       

      NOTE: Single Neutral box can accept in purchase quantity more than 400pcs per item.
        Single Color box can be accepted in purchase quantity more than 800pcs per item.

4th step: Cover lid of PLY-wooden box -- Bind -- stick the shipping mark -- wait to shipping

Assembly Shaft Packing:

We will according the shaft length & wide to order the outside PLY-wooden box.
1st:Upon inspection and test, will painting the color paint,
2nd: Put the shaft in plastic bag.
3rd: Rank the shaft in the PLY-wooden box. (For huge shaft, one shaft have one PLY-wooden box)
